What the role involves:
As a Digital Strategist, you play a crucial role in driving the success of their clients' digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, optimising campaign/project performance, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and deliverables.Your strategic thinking, data-driven approach, and industry expertise will be essential in helping their clients achieve their business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and insights on campaign/project performance and progress.
- Account Strategy and Performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Web, SEO, PPC, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign/project execution. Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance strategy and performance.
- Team Alignment
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing insights and expertise to elevate overall team performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, managing website builds and strategy development, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools etc.), project management tools (Trello, Jira etc.), and knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.
