My Client are a leading Commercial Heating and mechanical engineering company who have been established for over 10 years, looking after clients within Education, Commercial Office and Commercial plant rooms.
They now require a commercial plumber/pipefitter, Doesn/'t need to be gas. But must have a good knowledge and understanding of commercial heating systems, pipe work and installation works within commercial plant rooms.
Van mobile across Central London carrying out the following works :
- Plumbing and pipe fitting
- leaks and pipe repairs
- Valve changing up to 4"
- Pump Changing
- vessel replacement
- Pipe Fitting - able ti use a threading machine and press tool equipment
- knowledge of Heating & hot water system operation
The ideal candidate will be qualified to city and guilds/NVW level in Plumbing/Heating and be confident working in commercial plant rooms on the above equipment.
PACKAGE :
Salary £40/45k basic
21 days holiday +8 bank holidays per annum
