In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and managing site activities to ensure the seamless progression of works. You'll enforce health and safety standards, review project time lines, and implement solutions to any issues that may arise on-site.The ability to maintain clear communication between all stakeholders is essential for the successful delivery of this project.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing refurbishment projects, particularly within the government / health care or schools sector.
A proactive attitude, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive project success are crucial. This role offers clear progression opportunities within a well-regarded contractor.
Ideally you will have tier one / tier two UK based main contractor experience as a Site Manager on health care or government projects within live environments in the past
