The College is looking to appoint an experienced Deputy Facilities Manager to join our Facilities Team. In this role you will collaborate closely with, and deputise for, the Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premises.

This will include security, maintenance and safety.

Your responsibilities will include developing written procedures, ensuring premises security, monitoring health and safety, managing alarm systems and opening and closing buildings. Additionally you will support cleaning staff, promptly address repairs, supervise and contribute to grounds maintenance and monitor facility usage.

There will be a requirement for the post holder to respond to emergency call outs and liaise with external contractors, supervising their work.
