Want to be part of Edinburgh’s most terrifyingly hilarious journey? We’re looking for a Guest Experience Host to help create spine-chillingly fun experiences that’ll haunt our visitors forever. If you’ve got the magic to make our dungeon dwellers scream with laughter and terror, we want YOU!

You’ll be the first point of contact for our traitorous visitors, ensuring they have a scary good time while guiding them through our dark past and helping them stock up on Dungeon goodies. Oh, and you’ll be maximizing retail sales because even the most twisted souls need a souvenir.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver fun, energy, and mischief to our guests.
• Help visitors stock up on Dungeon-themed goodies.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked areas throughout the day.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This is a seasonal role offering a minimum of 10-15 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is needed including the ability to work weekends and available during peak times (bank holidays and school holidays).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment
• Outgoing, fun personality with a love for interacting with guests.
• Confidence to engage with Dungeon dwellers and traitors.
• Stamina for standing, bending, and the occasional scream.
• Availability for a variety of shifts.
