Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. creating, managing, and optimising digital content across various platforms.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand strategy. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to support our digital marketing efforts, contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Website Content Management: Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with our brand messaging.

Work with the wider marketing and sales teams to improve user experience and website functionality.

Social Media Management: Oversee the execution of our social media strategy across digital platforms.

Maintain and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and brand voice.
Digital Content Creation:
Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, press releases, and case studies.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce content that positions Micro Nav and Global ATS as an industry leader.

Sales and Marketing Collateral: Assist in the production of digital sales brochures, product information guides, and other promotional materials.

Ensure that all collateral aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Event Marketing: Support the wider marketing team in planning and executing digital components of event marketing campaigns.

Assist in the promotion of events through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Email Marketing:
Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing mailing lists, and analysing campaign performance.

Work with the wider marketing team to develop and refine email marketing strategies.

SEO and Analytics: Assist in SEO analysis and optimisation efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

Monitor website performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve traffic and engagement.
Technical Requirements:

Analytics and Reporting: Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools.

Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is accurate, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Content Creation and Editing: Experience with content creation tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point).

Basic knowledge of content editing tools, including Grammarly, Chat GPT etc.

Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with popular CMS platforms.

Basic understanding of website structure and content updates.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for digital content.

Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

Basic understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.

Graphic Design Tools: Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is desirable but not essential.

Understanding of UI and UX design principles for creating visually appealing digital content is desirable but not essential.

HTML/CSS (Desirable): Willingness to learn more about basic HTML and CSS is desirable but not essential.

SEO Tools: Exposure to SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM Rush.

Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.

Social Media Management: Experience with social media management tools like Loom

Knowledge of social media platforms including Linked In, X, Facebook, and Instagram.

Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to expand knowledge and develop new skills in digital marketing and content creation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Graduates from other disciplines with relevant experience or a strong interest in digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Previous experience through internships, part-time roles, or university projects in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, gained through coursework, internships, or personal projects, will be advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to create content, manage social media accounts, or contribute to digital marketing campaigns in a university setting, personal blog, or volunteer work is desirable.

Bonus Skills and Interests: Active interest in digital trends and emerging technologies.

A portfolio showcasing any relevant digital content creation, social media management, or marketing projects is highly desirable.
Completion of relevant free online courses or certifications, such as Google Analytics, Hub Spot Content Marketing, or similar, will be viewed favourably.

An interest in the Aviation industry is desirable but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
