Social Care Personal Assistant (3 hours term time, 6 hours school holidays - 2 PAs to work together)

A little about myself:I am a young boy living in Swansea I have ASD and ADHD. I am a very happy and funny boy. I have a good sense of humour. Sometimes I can be unpredictable I can become violent and verbal which I do not mean, I also like to run off. I will need my PA to be fast and alert. I am looking for 2 PAs to work together.
I like to go out for food or ice cream, I like Lego and going out on my bike. I would like to choose what I would like to do.
Driver required to take me out.
Male / female no preference.
Hours of work3 hours during school term for 2 PAs (plus 20 miles)
6 hours during school holidays for 2 PAs (plus 30 miles)
Rate of pay.£12.75

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment.Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
