About the role
The role of our Tutors here at NET are fundamental to everything we do. They provide ongoing support to all our learners ensuring the very best outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established team of tutors covering classroom delivery.The tutors are responsible for ensuring that learners learn and that the sessions remain interactive and meet the awarding body requirements. They ensure that learners receive timely feedback to help them progress into outcomes. They provide pastoral support and wrap around support.
Our tutors really are the go-to people.
About the person
The suitable candidate will need to have:
A level 3 teaching qualificationAssessors qualification (desirable)
Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 3 qualifications
Sector knowledge in any of the following: Customer Service, Care, Digital, Construction, Security, math or English
Excellent communication skillsExperience of working with unemployed learners and JCP
Demonstratable experience of working on employer lead programmes
