As Regional Manager you will be responsible for recruiting, training, directing and delivering the overall performance of Rockstar in your region. Responsible for your own team of Territory Managers who call on independent and symbol convenience stores you are tasked with increasing visibility and availability of the Rockstar brand in outlets.
With 70% of your time based in the field you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field-based sales team, training and coaching to deliver outstanding results.You will have experience delivering stretching targets and enjoy problem solving within a fast paced and varied role.
We are looking for a person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation. Someone who is highly organised and works in a structured manner.
Planning to succeed you will have the ability to use numbers and be able to read and interpret sales data to draw out the key sales arguments required to win with retailers.
A self-starter with a flexible and pro-active approach you will work alongside a team of other Regional Managers within the wider Rockstar structure. Comfortable using Office 365 this role requires a full UK drivers license and comes with a company car.

This is a unique opportunity to get onboard with a well-recognised & dynamic energy brand in one of the biggest sub-categories in the soft drinks market.
As Regional Manager you will work closely with your team of Territory Managers covering the Manchester & Liverpool (and surrounding) region. Your team will call upon Retailers in these areas to increase visibility and availability of the Rockstar brand products.Field based on a daily basis, you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team on daily basis, during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field based sales team.
You will have experience delivering stretching targets and love working within a fast paced and varied role.
