This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced within a customer service environment this could be from a range of backgrounds!
Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be working within a contact centre environment handling incoming calls from clients answering a range of enquiries regarding their remortgage transaction.
The role will also be liaising with third parties such as banks and working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless client experience.

No experience required the business welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds
Customer focused and a confident telephone manner
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation
Good teamwork skills
