Responsibilities:
- Perform both reactive and planned plumbing works to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
- Undertake preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential plumbing issues.
- Tasks could include bathroom and kitchen repairs, addressing leaks, fixing burst pipes, and other related plumbing duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant time-served experience in plumbing, with verifiable references.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Your own set of plumbing tools is needed.
