From 1st April 2025 or sooner if possible- 25 hours per week 6:30am 9:30am and 3:00pm 6:15pm - Monday - Friday
Grade E SCP 11 £27269 to SCP 3 17 £30060 pro-rata (£14.13 to £15.58 per hour)
Actual Salary: £23,031 - £25,388 per annumContract: Permanent
Working Pattern: All year
Leave Entitlement: 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (previous service will be taken into account). All holidays to be taken during school closure periods
The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, proactive, highly motivated, skilled and energetic Site Manager, who has a range of practical abilities to help keep our site clean, and safe.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of DIY skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative and will be responsible for the efficient running of the site including site security, maintenance, cleaning outside areas and health and safety.
Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with children, staff, governors, parents/carers and contractors and demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures.
