Job Title: Employment Solicitor – Essex

A well-established and excellent Legal 500-ranked firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor ( 2+ PQE) to join its team as it embarks on an ambitious growth plan.

The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for employment law to help continue its success and drive the practice forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of claimant and respondent matters
• Handle TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance and discrimination issues
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by fostering and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years PQE
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in Employment law
• Be familiar with running and managing your own cases
