We are expanding our nurse-led complex care team and looking for Support Workers for daytime and overnight role in Rhyl.
Day Shifts: Included in Domiciliary runs
Night Shifts: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (waking nights).
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular checks and night-time assistance.
- Maintaining thorough records and collaborating with the care team.
- Upholding high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
- Communicating effectively with the care team and office.
- Personal care including showering, toileting and changing pads
Requirements:
- Flexible availability for shifts.
- Compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
- Client care is essential, so reliability is a must. Our clients depend on us, and we need team members who are committed.
