We are looking a local proactive, motivated and enthuastic individual to join our friendly and growing team at our new warehouse office in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.Successful candidates must have fluent english and the right to work in the UK and must be able to provide evidence to support this on their first day.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lovely new warehouse by performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:- Administration and Customer Service
- Answer and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Competent Microsoft office skills for various administrative tasks
- Utilize inhouse MRP system - Progress Plus
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Informing customers of availability and delivery times
- Type and proofread delivery notes and invoices as needed
- Other general office duties as per job description
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent English
- Any other languages a bonus but not essential

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus
