After School Club Supervisor
The post is offered as 15hrs per week, term time only.
Daily hours will be 3.00- 6.00pm Monday

A cheerful, patient and flexible person.The main duties of this role are:Lead and manage a team of staff, setting clear expectations for the requirements of their roleEnjoy interacting with children, engaging in play, conversation and other planned activities.
Be committed to providing high quality care in a safe environment.
Be involved in preparing suitable nutritious snacks for all children and liaising with the office regarding food supplied.
Plan and deliver a varied and creative play programme of suitable activities for all children and share this with your team.
Plan and manage staffing needs – ensure any absences are accounted for and covered as appropriate liaising with the Senior Management Team.Be able to build positive relationships with parents, carers and other members of staff and feed back to them where necessary.Understand the importance of safeguarding, report all concerns in line with school policy and always put the needs of the children first.Be able to administer first aid and meet the medical needs of the children.
Be able to support the organisation and administration of health and safety protocols within schools.Food Hygiene training and certificate can be provided if the successful candidate does not already hold this.
