An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen within the Intensive Care Unit for a Ward Sister / Charge Nurse
ICU experience essential.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. You will need to be an experienced adult registered nurse with excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a friendly, supportive working environment and we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals. You should possess strong leadership with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be dynamic, proactive and innovative in their approach to work, in order to facilitate excellence in multi-disciplinary working and ensure that patients move efficiently and effectively through the system to enable rapid discharge home.
