An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Application team at West London NHS Trust as a Senior Clinical Application Support Analyst
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic with extensive SystmOne knowledge who will be accountable for system design, development and project related activity within the MINT services at West London NHS Trust.
You will be working alongside clinical teams to advise on innovative opportunities, maximising service benefits and transforming ways of working in line with digital priorities.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Clinical Application Support Analyst will act as the subject matter expert for SystmOne, one of West London NHS Trust’s electronic patient record system.
The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing management, design and development of the MINT services SystmOne units, setting standards and processes to ensure the safe and effective use of its clinical system, looking for potential improvements and rolling out new functionality when it becomes available to deliver new ways of working.
The post holder will need extensive knowledge of configuration and use of SystmOne, particularly in a mental health setting, and have experience of working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver complex change projects

Qualifications
Essential criteria- Qualified to degree level or NVQ Level 4 or equivalent skills, knowledge or experience in a relevant field
- Track record of continuous professional development
- ITIL Foundation or above SQL qualifications
Experience
Essential criteria- Proven experience of Service Changes
- Experience of system testing, UAT and UVT
- Substantial experience in supporting Clinical Information Systems SystmOne and RiO
- In depth understanding of SystmOne architecture
- Experience with basic SQL
- Experience Of presenting and demonstrating changes and functionalities to services
- Health Service experience Application support experience
