About the Role:
As a Junior Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the creative team by maintaining brand consistency and producing high-quality visual assets. You’ll collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life across campaigns, digital content and retail visuals.
- Assist in developing and executing creative campaigns, digital content and marketing materials for both brands.
- Support the evolution of each brand’s visual identity, ensuring designs are engaging, on-brand and high quality.
- Help create innovative assets that align with brand, marketing and business objectives.
- Provide creative support across different brands as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and enhance audience engagement.
- Learn from and collaborate with senior designers to refine your skills and contribute to creative projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Some experience in a design role, ideally within beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands (internships or freelance work are a plus!).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging design work across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with other creatives and can also work independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively share ideas and work with different teams.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
