I am recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager who has an expertise in commissioning new homes. You will be a Commissioning Care Home Manager for a luxury new build care home Milton Keynes. This is an amazing home with brilliant amenities.
As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the best people are placed on site
- Ensuring that the highest calibre of care is being given at all times
- Promoting all residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the highest standard of care
- Compliance and quality assurance
- Budget management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other health care professionals
- Conducting risk assessments
- Developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans
About you:
- Experience commissioning a new care home
- Have your RMA Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 or willing to work towards
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
