Accounts Assistant
We are currently partnering with a global Healthcare company based in Manchester City Centre.

Accounts Assistant duties include:- Approving payments
- Completing daily bank reconciliations.
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Accurately and timely issuing of invoices to clients.
- Reviewing supplier accounts and ensuring all the ledgers are up to date and cleared for each monthly payment run.
- Dealing with invoice and billing queries.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc).
