A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a dynamic City law firm in its Finance practice.
The Role:
This well established City law firm's Banking and Finance group is extremely busy, with a strong flow of work from its high-performing corporate teams as well as standalone banking clients.
The firm offers a genuinely collegiate culture, with a highly supportive and approachable partnership that recognises hard work, business generation and teamwork. They are open to hiring a finance lawyer who may, or may not, be seeking a clear pathway to partnership.
This role would suit a Finance Associate looking to move away from a global heavyweight or a large, top-heavy team, or someone in a smaller firm who wants to join a more dynamic environment.
About You:
The team would love to hire a Senior Associate / Legal Director with the following requirements:
- Experience: Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Background: Currently working at a global heavyweight, a top-tier City firm, or a specialist boutique.
- Leadership: Confident in running multi-jurisdictional transactions and mentoring junior associates.
- Ambition: Open to candidates seeking a clear pathway to partnership or those looking for a senior, stable platform in a less "top-heavy" structure.
