Finance and Learning Environment Operations Officer - 37 hours/41 weeks

Grade 7 pt.19-24 pro rata

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Finance and Learning Environment Operations Officer. The post will commence in February 2025 (T.B.C).The post is subject to a six month probationary process in line with City and County of Swansea policies.

The Finance and Learning Environment Officer will work supporting the Business and Facilities manager with the smooth running of the finance system/processes and to coordinate an effective learning environment. Please see the Job description for further details.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to be experienced with organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload. This is a busy post with changing daily activities involved to assist in the operational running of the school day.
