As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients. You will passionate about helping our clients to take orders or deal with their queries. Responsibilities:
- Day to day working with Senior Customer Support Executive on client orders and queries
- Actioning inbound and outbound calls
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers
- Full training will be given on using systems and procedures to carry out daily tasks
