Paralegal - Small Claims Litigation (Leeds)

With an office located in the centre of Leeds, my client is a national legal firm with an excellent reputation when it comes to civil litigation disputes. Due to a high level of growth, there are now opportunities for candidates looking to take their first steps into litigated file handling and who have ambitions to develop skills to be responsible for a fully litigated caseload.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience in law, whether that be through education or practical work experience. As the work will involve working on road traffic incidents, previous file handling experience within a law firm or within an insurance company would be advantageous.Candidates with good knowledge of the highway code and/or RTA principles will be of equal interest.
