About the Role:
You will teach BTEC Health & Social Care to students across Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that maximise student achievement. You will join a successful department with excellent outcomes, modern teaching facilities and a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Teach BTEC Health & Social Care to KS5 students
- Deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality lessons
- Support students to achieve outstanding academic outcomes
- Contribute to enrichment opportunities and wider college life
- Work collaboratively within a successful and supportive department
- Promote a positive “you can do it” culture with high expectations and strong support

Who We’re Looking For:
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or a newly qualified teacher, you’ll bring:
- A relevant degree and QTS/QTLS (or willingness to work towards)
- Passion for Health & Social Care and post-16 education
- A strong classroom practitioner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate and engage young people
- Commitment to high standards and student success
