Aspirations Care is expanding in Birmingham, and we’re on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Cluster Team Manager to oversee a group of services supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.

🌟 What’s the Role About?

As a Cluster Team Manager, you'll be:

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Support Workers
  • Ensuring people we support receive safe, high-quality, and person-led care
  • Working closely with the Area Registered Manager to drive quality and compliance
  • Acting as a positive role model, setting standards in behaviour support, safeguarding, and staff conduct
  • Taking part in the rota (including some nights/weekends), but also working off-shift to manage, develop and grow your team

You'll work across several services in Birmingham, providing a mix of direct support and operational leadership.

✅ About You

We’re looking for a natural leader who is:

  • Experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex/challenging behaviour
  • Skilled in implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
  • Able to motivate and manage teams with empathy and confidence
  • Proactive, organised, and great at problem-solving
  • Familiar with digital record-keeping and reporting systems
  • A driver with access to a vehicle (essential for covering multiple services)
  • Qualified with or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
