Job Description
  • Managing building maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Co-ordinating with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Overseeing office space allocation and layout.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Co-ordinating with the IT department to resolve technical issues.
  • Assisting with event planning and implementation.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Co-ordinator should have:

  • A qualification in facilities management or a related field or relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
