Deputy Home Manager – Talbot View
Pay rate: £40,000 per annum - (dependant on experience )
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager to join the TEAM at Talbot View, our state-of-the-art residential and dementia care home in Bournemouth, Dorset.To be considered for the position you will need to step out from the crowd – you’ll need to be passionate about offering high levels of care and want to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.

In the absence of the Home Manager, you’ll be responsibility for the overall management of the home and its team. A commitment to continuous improvement is required to ensure services enhance quality of life for people receiving care and support from us.
Key duties for Deputy Home Manager include :
- Support the Home Manager - creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Provide managerial leadership support for the planning, development and running of the home.
- Undertake assessments of prospective residents
- Provide clarity and direction, supervision and support in managing individuals.

About you:
- Social and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Holder of a DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
