Events Team Lead - 10-month FTC - ref. m13740603
Location: Watford
Salary - £36,540 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Maternity Cover (10-months FTC)
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota between 8 AM and 5 PM; flexibility required based on business needs).

Main responsibilities- Planning and managing events from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to communicate event requirements effectively
- Building sustainable relationships with stakeholders for seamless event planning
- Managing bookings in meeting spaces, ensuring adequate team coverage
-Assisting in developing succession plans for long-term business growth
-Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and issues
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintain operational support during peak periods
