Accounts Payable Assistant (9-Month FTC)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone who is open to learning on the job and is committed to completing their workload effectively. The primary focus will be on Accounts Payable tasks, with potential exposure to other areas within the finance team.
Daily Duties:
- Processing Accounts Payable transactions
- Using the Epico system
- Understanding and managing stock (manufacturing experience beneficial)
- Collaborating with other staff members
Desired Experience:
- Background in Accounts Payable
- Experience with accounting systems such as SAP or Epico would be beneficial.
- Understanding of stock management
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Flexible on experience, with a preference for the right person over specific qualifications
Team Fit: We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to learn. Experience in payroll is a plus, but not required.
