We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager for an amazing luxury watch & jewellery brand who wants to grow and develop their presence in London. The role of an Assistant Manager is challenging, financially rewarding and hugely enjoyable; this really is a role that lets you use your retail sales skills and experience to thrive.You will be given the freedom and the opportunity to drive your team and take the business to the next level with retail sales and networking with highly valued and long-standing customers.
We are keen to speak to Assistant Managers with experience of managing in luxury/premium watch and jewellery environments and can demonstrate people and sales growth. Additional brand and product training is provided, but we are keen to recruit a talented manager who already has exposure to the luxury watch and jewellery market.
This role will give you the autonomy to drive your business in the way you see fit, our client will give you the freedom to actually retail and deliver results.
What we want in our new Assistant Manager:
- Experience of working with luxury watches and fine jewellery
- Engage with exclusive customers for VIP events and specialist services
- Flexible to work in locations in London
- Provide a unique luxury service to high value clients and customers
- Drive and manage CRM and clientelling activity
- Managed events for clients and customers
- Manage a team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
- Experience of working with leading luxury and premium products
- Drive sales and performance with your management team
- Undertake specialist service for high value clientele
- Outgoing, confident and driven to succeed
We want an Assistant Manager who is truly passionate about luxury retail, an Assistant Manager who is passionate about their store and will work hard to constantly achieve the required levels of success. As an Assistant Manager, you will be an active presence in your store, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress their careers. It is important that you can work with your Store Manager and be able to work on retail projects and new initiatives as and when required.With a background in premium retail, we are seeking an established Luxury Manager who can succeed in an extremely competitive retail environment.
