We are looking for a proactive Financial Systems Analyst to join a dynamic finance team. You will be key in implementing and optimizing financial systems, especially for invoicing external functions and managing student fees. This role involves system integration, process improvement, and project management.

System Implementation:

• Help implement new financial systems, focusing on invoicing for events and student fees.
• Work with various departments to ensure smooth system integration.
• Lead testing and troubleshooting of new systems.

Invoicing Processes:

• Design and maintain automated invoicing solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for clients and students.
• Work with the Senior Accountant to resolve invoicing issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Provide financial reports and analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and suggest improvements for invoicing processes.
• Document new systems and procedures.

Training & Support:

• Train staff on new financial systems.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Essential:

• Qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Experience in financial systems analysis and implementation.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in training and supporting system users.
