Class Teacher

Candidates must live within daily commutable distance to central Birmingham, UK.

• Deliver engaging lessons to motivate students and facilitate learning.
• Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive classroom environment that fosters respect, inclusivity, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Engage with parents and guardians, providing updates on student achievements and areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain high standards of behaviour and discipline in the classroom.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• Demonstrated experience working in a classroom setting, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for education and a desire to continually improve teaching practices.
