Company: Beaufort Care Group
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Pay rate: £11.55 per hour, increasing to £12.12 post-probation with relevant NVQ certification. Sleep-in rate at £55 per sleeping shift
Hours: 37 hours per week, plus 2-3 sleeping shifts per week, with potential for additional overtime
Roster: 3 week rolling roster to include some weekends and Bank holidays

About the Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will take on a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team and acting as a trusted parental figure.

A valid UK driving licence, proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner.
