The Community and Wellbeing network are able to offer an exciting opportunity for a band 5 registered nurse to work within the Central Lancashire Moving Well service.
The post is primarily based at the Minerva Health Centre and our satellite clinic at Chorley.
The main purpose of this post is to support the running of our rheumatology outpatient service, administration of intravenous medications which are used to treat various rheumatological conditions and support our blood monitoring service for patients with various rheumatological conditions.You will work alongside our wider MDT including consultants, specialist nurses, AHPs HCAs and admin staff.
The post is a full time position covering Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
