Job Overview

As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. This position offers a salary bracket of £30,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Managing executive diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Monitoring performance and providing administrative support
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinating and organizing events and travel arrangements
  • Supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment
  • Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives

Here are the skills you'll need:

  • Passion for HR and long-term ambitions to develop in financial services
  • Prior experience in HR is preferred
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
