-established manufacturer and supplier in their field, who are looking for a personable Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join their team in Coulsdon.

- 5:30 PM. 16,000
- 17,000pa (depending on experience).25 days holiday + bank holidays.Free onsite parking & accessible transport links.Great scope for development & growth within the business.Key Responsibilities:Process orders and quotes via phone and email.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients over the phone.Handle customer queries regarding quotes and orders, ensuring smooth communication.Follow up on quotes and hand over any after-sales tasks as needed.Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.Requirements:A friendly, personable character with great communication skills.Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently.Previous experience in a trade background is desirable but not essential.Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and is looking to build lasting relationships within a friendly team environment.
