Your new role

As their new Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for several key tasks, including but not limited to:

• Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies to support the execution of divisional plans.
• Organise and coordinate internal and external events for the firm.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance their reputation and promote service offerings.
• Gather information for client newsletters, email marketing campaigns, websites and social media.
• Gather insights and identify trends by conducting thorough market research.
• Manage the firm's CRM system and track and analyse campaign performance.

What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience in a marketing or business development role in a comparable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative eye with the ability to design compelling and engaging content.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team.
• Experience using design tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM systems.
