Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Royston
Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute incoming calls to the appropriate team member ?
  • Accurately & promptly process orders using the order processing system
  • Provide warehouse with precise despatch notes to ensure timely packing and dispatching of goods
  • Book on orders with appropriate courier
  • Create pro-forma invoices when pre-payment is required
  • Generate Worldpay payment links for pre-payment
  • Update online orders with accurate status and notes
  • Maintain a routine follow-up of the online filing system
  • Handle order/delivery inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority
  • Support the Sales team as needed
  • Gain an understanding of our products and services

Future Additional Responsibilities:

  • Take sales inquiries via telephone & email confidently
  • Formulate quotations across all product sets
  • Assist with stock management, including stock take and warehouse queries

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Background in construction industry preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, ideally within a Sales environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service ?
  • Experience with online ordering systems, including CRM management
  • Excellent communicator and team player ?
  • Ability to multi-task and show flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident in using various systems
  • Intermediate working experience with Microsoft 365
