We are currently seeking an HR Admin to join our client's organisation in the education industry. This is a temporary position, requiring someone with experience in on-boarding, HR administration, offer letter preparation, and DBS application processes.

Do yo have a current DBS ?

As the HR Admin, you will be responsible for effectively managing the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for preparing offer letters and conducting DBS checks for potential employees.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, previous experience in an HR or administrative role within the education industry will be highly advantageous.

To excel in this role, you should be confident in using HR software systems, have a high level of confidentiality, and possess strong communication skills. A driving licence is required for this position as occasional travel may be necessary.

This is a full-time position, offering an hourly rate starting from £12.50. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to supporting the organisation's HR functions.
