Wolverhampton - Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing

LEGAL ASSISTANT – RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING, LOCUM, 12 + MONTHS EXPERIENCE, WEST MIDLANDS, £13 -£15 PER HOUR. A locum position available to support the conveyancing team for a duration of 2 and a half weeks, covering annual leave. JOB REF: 8934

• The firm are seeking an experienced legal assistant to provide annual leave cover and assist 2 fee earners with property transactions
• The responsibilities will involve drafting correspondence, preparing contracts, composing letters, and providing assistance with file management.
• The experienced locum will be available to begin the role next week for approximately two and a half weeks.
• Applications are open to legal professionals with at least 12 months of experience, as well as prior experience working in legal environments working alongside solicitors.
• You will have exceptional administrative skills with keen attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
