Powder Coating Technician / Coating Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team will help drive the success of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts to and from the conveyor line.
• Mask and unmask parts following process guidelines.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Spray debris off parts and apply powder coatings per manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all work is produced in an environmentally controlled paint room.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
• Provide input for improving line efficiency and product quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in powder coating is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable.
• Basic computer skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
