Key responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor wound care manufacturing machines.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to waste elimination projects.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within printing or textile manufacturing.
• A strong commitment to health and safety compliance.
• A proactive attitude towards driving improvements in production processes.
• A team player with a passion for making a difference.

• No Fridays! Work Monday to Thursday and enjoy a 3 day weekend.
