Crew members will need to work at a fast pace with many situations where you will need to multitask.Our stores become very busy within minutes we would need to ensure we are alert at all times. The moment we see a customer we need to become available to assist them, whether that is taking their order, assisting with kiosks or giving extra sauces or napkins.The service we give has a lasting impression on each customer and will most definitely determine if they return to us.
Our customers need to be values and listened to each and every time. We need to be sensitive to their concerns and questions.Here are a few duties / responsibilities you are expected to complete: (In no particular order )Excellent communication with team membersBeing on your feet for most of the shiftThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentStocking up all areas, this can be from Frozen products to dry productsSafe lifting of stockTaking orders, this can be on the front counter or in the Drive ThruCash handlingWorking side to side with other team members on the same areaCooking foodPreparing orders, in store, drive thru and delivery ordersManaging the drinks stationCommunicating with Uber drivers - They are part of our team when taking our customer ordersTaking orders out to customers in the Dining areaSweeping the floorMopping the floorsDoing detailed cleaning, scrubbing legs and wheels of tables, unitsWashing up, using our step by step methodsCleaning grease vats - Not so great job but has to be doneChanging cloths, using washing machinesChanging rubbish binsCompleting food waste countsThese are again some of the most common areas we expect of a Crew Member.
