REMOTE (IN OFFICE ONCE EVERY 4-6 WEEKS)

The Role:

We are working exclusively with a well-known Market Research Agency for an experienced Research Director to join their team, driven by client growth. This strategic position focuses on building and managing client relationships through high-quality, strategic insights, and will be ideal for a leader with extensive pharmaceutical market research experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and deliver client projects. Build new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Lead on quant research, design through to execution.
• Deliver high-quality insights with innovative ideas.
• Influence company direction and success. Lead client management efforts and secure new business.
• Achieve sales and profit goals.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring actionable insights.

Your skills and experience:

• Strong market research experience, ideally within an agency; client-side experience is a plus
• Extensive healthcare/pharmaceutical research experience with a proven track record
• Expertise in at least one research area
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent quantitative research experience a must
