Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Coordinator (SO2) to join our team. The Housing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and facilitating housing programs and services for our community. This position demands a committed individual who understands the complexities of housing assistance, including compliance with regulations and community needs.

Responsibilities
Coordinate housing programs and services within the community.
Conduct assessments to determine housing needs and eligibility of clients.
Manage housing applications and maintain accurate records.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote housing services.
Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to improve housing outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the housing process.
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing services or community outreach.
Strong understanding of housing regulations and policies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in using computer software for data management and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Hours Per Week : 35.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.55
