To welcome patients, relatives and carers on arrival to the ward. Ensure patient details are correct on our IT systems and complete admission details on arrival. To deal with enquiries and to pass information to the appropriate staff. To provide a courteous, responsive and effective point of contact (in person and by telephone) for patients, carers and healthcare professionals, both internal and external to the Trust.
