A bit about what you will do...
M&E Floor Supervisors lead by example and promote teamwork and quality service through excellent daily communication. They play a key role in providing the finest personalised service for our guests and creating memorable experiences.- Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Deal with last minute requests efficiently.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate event a resounding success.
- Complete time sheets make sure they are signed and correctly recorded.
- Providing high quality service and attention to detail come naturally to you.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong supervisorial and organisational skills.
- Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.
- Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
