The collaborative approach puts the customer firmly at the heart of everything we do, with the team working as “one team”. Our team of Customer Consultants will guide the customer throughout their journey with us, through the vehicle sales and aftersales processes.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, innovative and motivated to lead a team of Customer Consultants as a Team Manager. The role involves managing a focused team of customer consultants and a seamless collaboration with fellow Team Managers.This will ensure our consultants achieve their individual targets, you achieve your key targets and in turn we achieve our collective goals. You will be focussed on ensuring your team remains fully engaged and supported and our customers receive the best possible experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a franchised dealership and or had experience in a management role. Alternatively, if you have previous experience as a Business or Transaction Manager and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you too.Candidates must have a result driven focus whilst having a professional, friendly and customer centric approach and must be able to instil this within their team.

Key Job Areas of the Team Manager role:
- Managing a large team of Consultants to achieve key targets
- Selling new and used vehicles and related products
- Motivating and leading the Customer Consultant team on a daily basis
- Maintain high customer focus levels
- Monitor staff training needs
- Works as a full member of the dealership team
What we’re looking for in a Team Manager:
- Previous experience managing a team
- Ability to work towards and successfully achieving targets
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must have flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- Knowledge of sales & service principles and methods
- Full clean UK driving licence
